Once you select the Memorandum type, select the appointment type using the dropdown menu. Memorandums for staff on reduced FTE schedules (HR105 Reduced FTE Schedules) are no longer included in “Memorandums for Staff”. If you wish to process memorandums for staff on reduced FTE appointments, please use the established Data and Onboarding reappointment process.
