Assessments

We have experience administering numerous assessment tools that can be used to support the development of individuals, and teams including:

CliftonStrengths

Individuals can identify their top talents and understand more about what makes them unique and what innate strengths they possess. The assessment can also help teams work together more effectively.

DiSC

DiSC measures tendencies and preferences, or patterns of behavior, and provides unique insight into your behavioral style, needs, preferred work environment, and strategies for effectiveness. A comprehensive team guide also provides greater understanding of the team’s culture.

Change Style Indicator

The Change Style Indicator® (CSI) is a leadership assessment designed to measure an individual's preferred style in approaching and addressing change. The purpose of this assessment is to determine one's preferences in initiating and dealing with situations in the workplace that concern change.

Social Styles

Social Styles is designed to help individuals understand their personal way of thinking, acting, and communicating and learn how to accommodate the social preferences of their peers so that teams can communicate better and establish a culture of high performance.

Emotional Intelligence 2.0

This assessment is based off the book Emotional Intelligence 2.0, written by Drs. Travis Bradberry and Jean Dreaves. The book and assessments help people identify their EQ skills, build these skills into strengths, and enjoy consistent performance in the pursuit of important life objectives. The book also contains proven strategies from a decade-long effort to accurately measure and increase emotional intelligence.

Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI)

The TKI assessment provides insight into an individual’s typical response to conflict situations using one or more of five conflict-handling modes, or styles: competing, accommodating, avoiding, collaborating, and compromising. These modes reflect varying levels of assertiveness and cooperation. By identifying alternative conflict resolution styles and how and when to use them most effectively, the TKI assessment helps people reframe and defuse conflict, creating more productive outcomes.

The Enneagram

The Enneagram is a personality system with 9 types that focuses on internal motivations and can help you understand why you make the choices that you do.

360 Degree Feedback

We offer two (2) types of 360 assessments; The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) and TalentSmart 360 EQ Refined. The LPI allows leaders to see where there’s consistency and inconsistency, agreement and disagreement, about their strengths and areas for improvement—and then determine what and how to improve. With 360º Refined, leaders gain insight from their colleagues into how they are perceived, and it is this perception that is critical for them to understand and manage.
