Overview

The Administrative Professionals Series – Level 2 (APS2) is a highly interactive, instructor-led training program that builds off of the Level 1 curriculum. In this series, you will explore the key concepts of leadership, hone your presentation skills; learn the concepts of change management, and better understand the various aspects of diversity and actions you can apply to create a culture of belonging. You will discover the benefits of mindfulness, expand your personal awareness in sharpening your emotional intelligence, and receive tools and resources to prepare for career conversations. Participants will also work on a self-directed learning project outside of the classroom. APS2 is offered each Fall (typically October and November).
