Administrative Professional Series
The Administrative Professional Series (APS), a collaboration with ITS Training services, is designed to equip administrative support professionals- in all areas of the University with comprehensive skills, resources, and other time-saving tools for meeting job challenges and achieving unit priorities. To meet the varied development needs of Penn State’s administrative support professionals, APS is offered as a multi-level program. Each level addresses the appropriate competencies, knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for success in this role.
Please note that there is no fee for Penn State employees to attend this program.
