New Medical ID cards for 2018

Active Full-Time Employees

Medical: Aetna (855) 878-4197

Aetna insurance card(s) are in the mail. Take the time to register at Aetna.com. It’s easy and takes only a few minutes.  Have your ID card handy while registering.  Once registered, you can set your preferences to go paperless, manage your claims, see coverage and costs, find care, and learn about discounts available to you and your family.

On your smart phone, search for Aetna Mobile in the App Store.  You’ll need to create a user-name and password, along with a 6-digit pin number.  Once registered, you can access your ID card directly from the app.  The app can also be used to review claims, find a doctor, and find discounts, as well as many of the functions found on the web application.

Vision: Highmark Vision (800) 914-4384

ID cards are automatically generated ONLY for those who have newly elected either or both of these plans for January 1, 2018. Additional or replacement ID cards for either of these plans can be obtained by calling United Concordia or Highmark Vision. 

 

Active Part-Time Employees

Medical: Aetna (855) 878-4197

Part-time employees who are grandfathered under the former part-time employee medical plan, or those who have become eligible through the Affordable Care Act (ACA) as of January 1, 2018 will receive Aetna cards in the beginning to mid-January, specific to the health plan in which enrolled.

Medicare Eligible Retirees

All Medicare-eligible retirees will be receiving updated Freedom Blue cards from Highmark for use as of January 1, 2018.
