Job Review
The Job Review Committee
The Staff Job Review Committee meets on a quarterly basis to evaluate requests for job reviews from units/campuses/colleges. The Committee determines and/or makes a recommendation as to whether the changes to the position are significant enough to warrant a change in job title and/or level.
The Committee is made up of Human Resources Representatives and Directors of Business Services from various units, colleges, and campuses. The Committee is led and facilitated by the Compensation Department.
