Dual Career Program

The Dual Career Employment Assistance Program is designed to assist the partners of newly recruited or recently hired full-time faculty and staff in their search for employment and relocation to Penn State's University Park Campus. We provide you with information about the community, local housing, job opportunities, child care, and other valuable resources at Penn State and the Centre Region.

The ONE Program

The Opportunity Network for Employment (ONE) Program is part of Penn State's initiative to foster a diverse work culture. We specialize in assisting individuals with disabilities search for employment at Penn State’s University Park campus.

Administrative Support Training Program

The Administrative Support Training Program is designed to provide a seven week training opportunity for diverse Pennsylvania business school students, who have graduated with administrative, business, and office skills. This Program also provides you with an opportunity to impact the University's commitment to a diverse workforce by increasing the representation of diverse staff members.

Staff Information Technology Program

The Staff Information Technology Program is designed to provide a seven week training opportunity for diverse Pennsylvania technical school students, who have graduated with specific information technology skills. The Program provides you with a professional work experience and exposure to information technology at the University. This Program also provides you with an opportunity to impact the University's commitment to a diverse workforce by increasing the representation of diverse staff members.

Professional Entry Program (PEP)

The Professional Entry Program was started in 1985. The objective of the Program is to provide college graduates, from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, with a professional work experience related to their career goals.

The Program is designed to provide employment opportunities for students who have the academic preparation, but little or no work experience. You could gain experience in a trainee position and, after completion of the trainee program, compete for full-time, regular positions within the University.

The Program enables you to:

  • Start a professional network
