Our Staff

With Management Engineering since 1997, Bob is responsible for coordinating the consulting services offered by the division. He has performed management consulting studies for numerous work units as well as serving on University-wide committees aimed at improving operations. Bob's specialty is applying traditional Industrial Engineering work analysis methods in the administrative setting.

Prior to joining Management Engineering, Bob was a facility manager for Penn State Auxiliary Services and served in the U.S Air Force, primarily as an Industrial Engineering Officer. Bob is past-President of the Central PA Chapter of the Institute of Industrial Engineers.
