What is The Wellness Weekly?
The Wellness Weekly is an online newsletter that is sent to subscribers two days each week:
- Monday Column - alerts readers to upcoming Health Matters programs
- Wednesday Column - provides an overview of a current health topics:
- 1st Wednesday of the month - targeted toward readers who are unsure of their wellness goals
- 2nd Wednesday of the month - tailored to subscribers who wish to make wellness changes, but need some additional resources and direction
- 3rd Wednesday of the month - provides tips and news for subscribers who are already engaging in healthful practices, but want to learn more in order to keep on the right track
- 4th Wednesday of the month - contains wellness information for those who are fully engaged in wellness but want to stay up-to-date on the latest wellness news
