What is The Wellness Weekly?

The Wellness Weekly is an online newsletter that is sent to subscribers two days each week:

  • Monday Column - alerts readers to upcoming Health Matters programs
  • Wednesday Column - provides an overview of a current health topics:
    • 1st Wednesday of the month - targeted toward readers who are unsure of their wellness goals
    • 2nd Wednesday of the month - tailored to subscribers who wish to make wellness changes, but need some additional resources and direction
    • 3rd Wednesday of the month - provides tips and news for subscribers who are already engaging in healthful practices, but want to learn more in order to keep on the right track
    • 4th Wednesday of the month - contains wellness information for those who are fully engaged in wellness but want to stay up-to-date on the latest wellness news
