Registration
Some programs require a fee, which is indicated in the registration section after logging in. If you are with Highmark Blueshield PPOBlue insurance, many of the programs are free. If you are not, these programs have a nominal fee.
Register for programs by clicking register for a program. You will be required to login with your Access Account (xyz1) and password.
Program registration generally occurs around the beginning of each semester. The date when registration begins can be found in our booklet as well as the Wellness Weekly newsletter.
Payment & Refund Information
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Personal Check or Money Order (Payable to Penn State)
- Credit or Debit Card through PSU's ecommerce system
Registration is not complete until your payment has been posted.
Refunds will only be issued for programs that are either canceled by Health Matters or for participant medical reasons.
In the event a refund is warranted, the refund will be processed via electronic credit to your bank account.
