This program is for Federal Pell Grant recipients and offers direct payment for a portion of child care fees on a monthly basis. Enrollment is ongoing and a waiting list is maintained as necessary.
Graduate Students
Our University Park and Penn State Erie, The Behrend College locations have allocated student activity fees to help fund the child care subsidy program for qualifying graduate student families. You must be paying the student activity fee to apply and a waiting list is maintained.
Federal Pell Grant recipients are given priority over students not receiving a Federal Pell grant. You must be paying the student activity fee to apply. Graduate students enrolled in classes at or over the 601 level are not paying the activity fee. All parent/guardian(s) living with the child must be attending Penn State University or working full- or part-time.
