Eligibility

Regular full-time faculty and staff are eligible to enroll in Penn State’s Vision Plan, which is offered by Highmark Blue Shield, and administered by Davis Vision.

Any children you have may continue coverage on your insurance up to the age of 26. When your child(ren) is no longer eligible, please contact the  Employee Benefits Division to inquire about continuing benefits under COBRA.
